[Niamh], I like the idea, it replicates the real world behaviour of people (ie. artists playing on the street in various locations in town and people giving tips). It'd be nice to have the same behaviour online. No matter on what platform or website a creator is, people can still leave a tip without effort.[Mindey], > PayPal is already providing the option for own websites/blogs to create such a button. User experience could be more effortless.. When it comes to donations, if I like something, whether it would be a charity cause or a tip that I want to leave for a creator, I don't want to close one window, go to the next, sign in, type in details,.. I just want to _give_. :) > currently, one working way for video creators to profit is to sell ads on YouTube channel. Adds are interrupting the single experience that viewers have when they consume art. It'd be nice to contribute to artists without friction. [Niamh][Cabria], :)) It'd be very helpful! Then, we can add all the ideas brainstormed between you, me and [Luke] and get them implemented! [Mindey], can you help? We need to allow users to add members to Ideas.[Cabria], :)) I should go through my notes and our IM chats, and add other ideas that we come up together![Cabria], [Luke], let's do this!Hey [Justin], what else do you think it's worth tracking to measure what people learn when they browse the web?[Mindey], > be more specific in the naming, because this 'Online Behaviour Tracker' is very general, could refer to much more than eye-tracking. Maybe 'Online Reading Time and Topic Tracker'. -- this is a project then, not an idea anymore. no?Hey [Yuri-B], good to see you here! :) I see the point of your idea - we acquire knowledge through people. Fostering local communities is important, although enabling people to interact with global communities and acquire different kind of thinking is even more important. I was just reading an [article on personal networks](https://medium.com/@vernonluke/how-your-network-could-be-killing-your-career-prospects-5817b7d650a4 "https://medium.com/@vernonluke/how-your-network-could-be-killing-your-career-prospects-5817b7d650a4") today.[iulia-link], you might like this idea! It relates to the problem you posted on how to enable people to earn more money. :)[Cabria], _> Lonely Planet for business. Really easy to understand / follow (like the 'For Dummies' books), easy to navigate and easy to read. _ - Nice idea. It'd be very handy tool even for school projects. More students start to think about entrepreneurship as a career path, the problem is -- _where do I start_? A specific project for this idea could be a website that explains the best practices of how to set up an online business step by step? The book could be similar to [_"What Do People Do All Day?"_](http://www.amazon.co.uk/What-Do-People-All-Day/dp/0007353693 "http://www.amazon.co.uk/What-Do-People-All-Day/dp/0007353693") written by Richard Scarry.[Mindey], okay, got it! An Idea becomes a plan when it has timeline, people, tools, etc. Thanks![Mindey], you're right! I added a different problem that relates to this idea more. What's more important than teaching people how to make money is teaching people critical thinking and fostering motivation. We should translate an idea you talk about on your blog and share it here. I really like the motivation part.> and... would this idea solve the problem completely? An idea that qualifies for solution should solve the problem completely, with high probability of success. Maybe this should be a rule on our idea posting? [Mindey], Perhaps. At the moment it's not entirely clear how to describe an idea. We should think about what guidance will help users (myself included) understand. (We have a[ task](https://infty.xyz/task/89/detail/ "https://infty.xyz/task/89/detail/") for this). Also, we need a way of letting any user to flag content if an idea doesn't provide a solution to a problem, and encourage an idea owner to edit a problem or rewrite an idea. We have a [task](https://infty.xyz/task/94/detail/ "https://infty.xyz/task/94/detail/") for this as well. Although, the meaning of _solution_ is not the same as of _idea_. How do people see both terms?[Mindey], I'm not sure about something in terms of idea/solution stage. What's the **purpose** of the system? _User flows:_ When people chat, what people can/should do next? Do people chat until they find the perfect solution to a problem or, chat until someone gets an idea, and then jumps into tasks and tries to implement it? For example, we had a chat with z about the problem "[Enabling People to Earn More Money](https://infty.xyz/goal/5/detail/#1443891427 "https://infty.xyz/goal/5/detail/#1443891427")". We discovered that the root problem is a lack of the role models. So, I came up with an idea of a book. If this idea stays in the comments I and everyone will forget it. I'd like to save it in some ways and try to implement it with people, and see if it makes an impact towards the problem (not necessarily solves the whole problem)._> it's for people who are actually setting up real businesses and need to find information quickly, easily and in a manner that makes it easy to understand_ [Cabria], ah, got it! Yes, the first thing I had in mind was about how to set a startup business which is focused on a web-based product. That's a different problem and idea indeed. I agree, there's a massive pain point around understanding how to register a company, write a biz plan, find an accountant, register for taxes, get some funding, and other things that anyone who's turning their *project* into an actual company [in any country], needs to do!_> Maybe we could make tags like [idea-here] for indexing little ideas. _ [Mindey], good idea. In situations when we start with one problem and through a conversation we realise that the problem is not the route problem, it'd be nice to have an option to click a button and create a _sub-problem_. Same for ideas. When one problem/idea sparks sub-problems and ideas, what functionality do we need to allow users to organise them? When we have conversations which are off-topic to a particular page (just like our chat about features is off topic to an idea of a book), do we need functionality to allow users to move off-topic conversations to a different page? Which page?[Cabria], :) When I was going through that stuff myself, it was a pain! And usually these topics (company registration and taxes, etc.) are not covered at startup accelerators. Everyone and anyone needs more clarity on that.> good idea, which certainly is doable. So many statisticians, computer scientists and data scientists working on computer vision. What you need, is a higher resolution cameras on computers, or existing solutions (tobii) to use your eyeballs as mouse. [Mindey], how about heatmaps, to get the data on how I interact with the page?[Mindey], okay, this makes sense! I see your point on the educational value. The purpose of the platform is problem solving indeed, rather than ideation. We should take time before posting problems and ideas then.[Yuri-B], I agree with an idea that the person's wealth depends on its network. These days we have meetup.com, forums and Facebook groups where people can meet. Isn't it enough to get people connecting locally?[Mindey], if we think about how people read online, we'll see that many of us highlight text while reading. My assumption is, when we highlight text, we reflect on what we are reading. I use various web clippers to save content for later (i.e [Evernote](http://evernote.com "http://evernote.com")). I also use [Rescuetime](http://Rescuetime.com "www.Rescuetime.com") to track my web browsing behaviour. Maybe there are simpler ways to solve this problem instead of tracking eye balls?Hey [Cabria], do you have any thoughts on how to ensure that such an EEG tracker provides accurate data on brain health?[Justin], you have Muse. What's your opinion on current EEG trackers? This book could have a mobile app with Augmented Reality functionality. Similar to [this](http://toyland.gizmodo.com/disney-has-invented-3d-coloring-books-1734309000 "http://toyland.gizmodo.com/disney-has-invented-3d-coloring-books-1734309000"). Or, connected Virtual Reality app, where people could actually _"experience"_ new professions.[paulmwatson], good idea. Who should determine the community guidelines though, a community leader or community itself? The deeper problem of why communities need code of conducts is a lack of empathy, understanding of communication among people and a lack of critical thinking skills. People acquire all of this.. by interacting with other people.[Mindey], what purpose would you use it for? there are various tools for social media analytics/social listening that allow to see feeds, searches by keywords from multiple accounts in one place. [https://hootsuite.com/](https://hootsuite.com/ "https://hootsuite.com/") is the most popular one.[Cabria], I liked this idea. It turns out I'm working on something similar but on a broader level not neurotopcics as I don't know anything about it.[colemai], I do agree that legislation is a problem when convincing retailers to donate food, although how to make it a scalable solution? _> An education team with a pro bono lawyer could probably convince some big food retailers to spend their social consciousness money on donating expiring perishable foods to local charities/homeless shelters etc. _ Thing is, that big retailers would be interested in providing their time to deal with lawyers if only they would see such act as a return not a cost. I wonder, how we can make it more convenient and less time consuming for retailers to donate food with less effort? _> Other problems are that this would only help food poverty in relatively well off countries. _ You might like an idea shared by [gmikhai] where he talks about [how to deal with hunger in developing countries](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-exclude-starvation-ever-george-mikhailovsky?published=t "https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-exclude-starvation-ever-george-mikhailovsky?published=t"). Quote: "On the other hand, restaurants, bistros, and other eateries throw out a lot of food waste. They could be relatively inexpensively disinfected, freeze dried, homogenized, and finally pressed into balls or briquettes. These balls shall be available for free near any restaurant, supermarket, and other public places, especially in poor countries." (see a picture in the article)You did not define what is Togetherism here.Today's Hive Mind reminded me this idea.// a social net, for prototyping? // yes, making social networking more meaningful. people follow others on Twitter, Instagram, etc for a purpose of "consuming information" and often not doing anything about it. but true learning comes when doing something with that information. and true connection is made when collaborating with a follower on a project. so, this would be a place to get to know people closer by prototyping things. also, typically, people get into a project stage after months/years of meeting online, but tech could speed up "a process of let's get to know each other by creating together".// How would these recommendations be generated? // everything I post on this social network, I tag with a label (like a I choose a category for each blog on my site). e.g. if I post about "an idea of a digital diary", I tag it with "note taking". if I post about "an idea of a garden office", I tag it with "work from home" and "architecture". and so on. this way, people who are interested in same topics discover me. side thought: people will need to be introduced to a good practice of labelling their posts when starting to use the app, so that they get good recommendations and attract the right followers.// pooling resources is more about resources -- machines, materials, people -- that are available in locations // yes, and often people don't meet locally, they drive/fly to other locations to "network"// How they are different from hackerspaces? // hackerspaces are for "hackers" - it's in the name. but creative expression is so much more than one discipline. add a variety of arts, design, business, tech, science, and you have a more inclusive space where every participant can boost their creativity faster and discover the worlds they did not think existed, because local business owners never went to hackerspaces, and artists never went to labs.// how would these centers be run? // on a non-profit model where a local team is responsible to look after the building, monitor a public calendar, invite locals with specific interest to specific workshops. it would require: a google calendar, a public trello board, 3 volunteers per space. to scale such tiny cultural spaces across locations, a google doc will explain how to use a google calendar (for events), trello (for events plan) and how to communicate nicely with local gov/businesses to access abandoned buildings where a cultural centre is run from. // if local manufacturers could come, and present their resources, and allow people innovate regarding new products // YES, that would be amazing! boosting local economies that starts with an informal workshop. What if dolphins see images based on sounds? So, if humans want to learn the language of dolphins, humans need to turn dolphins sounds into images (with cymascope), collect lots of images and then identify meaning in those images, and finally synthesise it into an English-Dolphins dictionary. So from here I'm thinking, humans need exposure to bacteria. What kind of? I dont know yet.Aha!Oh this is interesting: "Let the Universe's journey from Nothing to Everything be inspirational" https://0oo.li/event/1/zero-to-infinity#inspiration came from: - Buckminster Fuller's thinking on Synergetics (4 is a min number for a system = a micro community) - Symbiotic Earth movie (layers of systems within systems = our community is a mother for communities of our members) - Living Systems Philosophy this idea aims to shape social behaviour of humans and spread a habit of creating micro-communities!Thinking, a popular advice on How to Create a Community says, map the desired community members and facilitate events for them. Not truth. If a community is a system, parts don't matter, map interactions instead. That means asking, How Can Community X be linked to other Networks?"Universe is energy (wave) and (particles) when stable" - What does it mean as a metaphor but also as a fact?Yes, people rarely agree with everything, but more about the parts. Such behaviour is seen everywhere in communication! So I think this idea would help people have a sense of "togetherness" rather than "conflict". So, I aligned this idea with a category "Humans as Community".How would this feature look like from a user interface perspective? Something similar like comments within Google Docs or Medium articles?Meetup.com (an app for meeting people offline and online based on interests) can inspire how this Unity app could look like. How would this app look like to ensure that each of us have multiple interests and multiple ways to relate to others?// think of homework problems that lead to new locations // love this! suits business startup training tooI wonder how television works in times when many people use Netflix and Youtube? Who in TV decides what programmes are produced and streamed? Who funds them? Any way to influence TV makers in their choices? Are they using any innovation tools to discover new ideas what to stream?Check out the work of Scott Barry Kauffman, psychologist who creates [Self-Actualisation Tests](https://scottbarrykaufman.com/selfactualizationtests) and writes books on how people can self-actualise :)I have some early proof that this experiment works. I had a community in 2013 with teachers whom I met this exact way on Twitter. I met Mindey in a similar way. I started collaborating with Malü this way too (whom I met online and asked to co-create a community with during our first call, that became a SAME project). Who else would like to join this experiment with me? :)Does it relate to 0oo too? [Mindey]// going through a human body as a game world would be highly educational, that could result in kids gaining confidence in actually doing something about human bodies // Love this! It's more than that. Gaining empathy towards the Earth starts with empathy towards one's Body. I wonder, if there are some ways to explore this idea together. My [MUTANTU comics](https://0oo.li/project/1011/mutantu) could link with your game! (Cross-disciplinary partnerships reveal the unexpected links!) I like the idea of a human body as a Maze. And each body part like a country with different heroes (organs and bacterias). It'd be cool to travel inside and outside the body (different parts of the skin). I was thinking, first, to travel the main body parts like Intestines, Heart, Brain.Deniz mentioned to look at these Methods on how people can support each other in tiny groups: - [Microsolidarity](https://www.microsolidarity.cc) and [their Crewing examples](https://www.microsolidarity.cc/crewing), [Microsolidarity Practice Program](https://www.thehum.org/microsolidarity) - [Circles](https://www.iirp.edu/defining-restorative/5-2-circles)True in regards to the amount of rain soaking into skin. And yes that picture came into my mind as a poetic picture. I was also thinking about an effect of how water I drink shapes my thoughts (currently, experiencing this when swithched to drinking only mineral water, the 12th day now and I feel calmer). So perhaps drinking water vs to rain on skin is a better example that shows interdependence. // what thing within the concept of "interdependence" would this art aim to make experience-able (that is not experience-able otherwise) hmm, a unifing point that water makes up our body and water makes up the planet Earth; a point that water is always in motion, throughout our body and throughout the planet; a point that water is intelligence without which life wouldn't exist. also I'd like to show that water impacts emotional state (my water drinking example) and emotional state impacts decisions (what projects are created, what products are consumed). I'm making a generalisation here that water in our bodies makes humans to come up with destructive thoughts/constructive thoughts. the cleaner the water we drink, the cleaner the thoughts we think, the cleaner the industries we create. and the opposite, the more polluted the water, the more destructive the thoughts, the more polluting the industries. here I want to add how negative emotions contribute to destructive thoughts, and thus polluting industries. feedback welcome! this is a draft in-doing now :)[Mindey] oh I don't know about the medium yet! when I start a project (start messing around with the concept) then I will know how it's going to look like :) first thoughts were of course, video, audio, spoken word, some digital experience. although to me personally this idea came when I had a food poisoning and was pushed to change the water I drink, so perhaps some sort of interactive experience where spectators have to taste different water (or even go on a mineral water diet), would be interesting[Mindey] yeah, I love the idea of unclogging! before sleep, I thought about water inside the body: does stress make blood acidic? think positive to turn blood to normal pH or drink alkaline water to clean up. surely I don't know if it's true at all! then this morning I asked a different question to myself: What is Water to me? "Like feeling home, I can interact with it. Water is home. Intelligence (of past generations), a library that lives in the home." from here, I remembered that yesterday I was playing with the project names (before I shared this idea here on o2oo) - drops kept coming up, "lasai" in Lithuanian. Drops are an essential metaphor, when it rains, I feel that wisdom is coming; same way when I cry - through emotional expression something wants to come out. I often use "drops" as a metaphor for creativity: idea puzzles are like drops, when many drops come together, there is an ocean: a body of the idea. then today I thought about drops again, how cool it would be to create an experience where a spectator enters a giant drop, and feels like inside a cocoon, safe inside a moving water, just like life is, when creativity/imagination creates that cocoon to move through chaos. this could be created as a sculpture - step inside a fountain that has a giant drop shape but inside you stay dry, even if it rains all around you. or VR of course could help. but I'm limited with my abilities/time, so I may explore video, audio, storytelling on this theme. so, following "water as intelligence" theme, I'd like to explore "experience what is it like to be water" theme: "home is safe", and then water travels ("being a grandmother, a mom and a child at the same time"). to answer your last question [Mindey], I'd say my idea proposes "being home" and "fluidity" as mental states that we can learn from water, and with these states, we, humans, would move peacefully through life and interact with one another in a welcoming/caring and fluid way, and thus with such intention we would create a peaceful society (with no pollution, no disadvantage of anyone). it is basically about a core feeling and a core value to reveal in people's hearts, that would stay with them daily, and then shape their decisions.// However, you didn't describe how this "drop" would be erected in your idea. So, looks like more you trying to brainstorm right here, rather than sharing a verifiable idea. yes I aim not for verification, but imagining together and cocreating :) it's fun. how else to use this space, if not for adding puzzles into same space until an idea evolves from a thought bubble into something more concrete? perhaps then idea has even children, yay! and projects, yay yay! and various creators in their projects then can answer the details I like your point on "be a solvent" a lot. yes, Giant Drops being Solvents for Peaceful Society. see? we just connected two puzzles together :)// ('ll try to add an ability to add projects directly under questions) yeah, great idea [Mindey]! So am I improving on my synthesis? :D see, I updated this idea and added a parent question (with a summary of our idea puzzles!) and a project with my first attempts :) ha!// thinking and deciding together Love this! What about "doing / creating" together, so that a healthy life and healthy society involves a complete process of creativity?Important. Who would facilitate this conference? It seems to me that scientists and governments would be involved here, but to find a common language they need some good facilitators. // People run their logs of "Ideas worth NOT spreading" privately. - How so? // They .. inform how many of them they have. .. Once the number of potential participants and ideas is large enough, they decide to meet Why the number is important? How about an estimated damage of an idea instead? Having 100 low-impact ideas to discuss is not the same as 5 high-impact ideas, which may be more urgent and important to look at.// open for direct public engagement, so people can come do some work, unqualified, just by visiting it...? I like the low barrier of entry in this idea. It reminds me cooperatives (all members share profit) and community gardens (come to work anytime, with no money earned though, just for community bonding). I guess people would want to do the work without prior training, but would it be enough work for all who want it? Say a coffee shop needs 5 people to serve coffee, then what do other 50 people work as? And what if 10 people want to work at the same time? Overall, this idea seems to be about people's freedom to create jobs for themselves when they feel like working. So I wonder, what other work could be imagined in such local economies? I think adding a layer of meaning would make this idea stronger. What do people in local communities need? Based on needs various spaces with various jobs could be created. Say, local communities decide they want more beautiful spaces to enjoy nature in their neighbourhoods, so they design gardens and do the planting together, or restablish wilderness parks, or create makerspaces to play with the tools, marketplaces to sell what they make, and so on. A question comes here on how would people locally self-organise to work on creating these spaces together? So that they could work in these spaces when they feel like it after.Me and [malü] are starting a 21 day habit-forming experiment: "How our lives will change (or not! it's an experiment) if we practise to feel Love in our daily thoughts and actions - - when responding to clients (wishing them Love), - when buying food and cooking (wishing a meal Love), - when reading the news (wishing all humans and the earth Love), - when responding to friends and strangers on the Internet (wishing them Love), - ..."RE Hypothesis, there are at least two. 1 - If we rename "Living Systems" to "Loving Systems" more people would become interested in systems thinking. "Loving" reveals emotion in people and sparks curiosity. And it relates to the core value of living systems. 2- as you described :) "If we apply this set of values to self-organize, then humans would imagine and co-create heavens on Earth". RE How: Sure, propaganda can be imagined :) At the same time Philosophy exists to spark curiosity without detailed prescription. I'll think some more :)I see that the next question in this ideation adventure is: How to showcase the experience of Loving Systems (as a self-organisation pattern, which, through fractal networks, at chaos zone, become a whole bigger than its parts)?[bobi], come join us! the [experiment]( https://o2oo.io/project/11001/?l=en#c-40001) got more concrete and turned into artistic (body) lifelogging! I'll share a collective Instagram account with you if you'd like to add a visual a day from your body experiencing loving systems! How could appartment buildings be designed as paradise forests? Imagine waking up not from the noise of alarm clock but playful song of a bird that lives in your balcony?I wonder. If the title says "Mental Models for Human Experience", and in the comments [bauhouse] you mention Lynn Margulis theory of evolution driven by cooperation, so perhaps the idea we want to see unravelling would answer this puzzle - What Mental Models would help humans live by the values of Living Systems?Hmm it'd be helpful to attach a dictionary to an idea, i.e. the meanings of DAO, NFT and other technical terms used in the description. Thinking - I'd like to share this idea with some of my friends who care about solving a problem of homelessness and housing, but they wouldn't be aware of technical solutions available. So to bring diverse people on the same page, a summary of technical jargon would be so helpful. :)Let's implement this on oo[Mindey] , I wonder, how would this look like as a Lesson / Learning Experience? Can you give some example? "Think ? = Other Thing" sounds like a framework for problem solving through creativity. Would a learner define the "other thing" or a teacher facilitating a lesson? How beyond symbolism could this hairhoop capture creative energy that lands from the Universe? Well, I want to discover that too :) First thoughts that came to mind where: tentacles would be made from a metal that reacts to the energetic fields in the environment and it twists/moves based on energy in the air. To be continued... // I'm figuring it would have to flicker and morph to convey that [octopus symbol]. Would it work as a communication tool... Hmm, as a "communication tool with self" rather than with others wearing it. That's the point of Octahoop: getting into a creative flow from nothing just interaction with the self (as a living system: the mind and the body) and the natural environment, through observation and play. So I went further to imagine how could Octahoop help communicate with the self? First, I imagine wearing Octahoop outside on the move. And so each tentacle would be like a holder of observer's tools: a mini binocular, a tiny microscope, a tube with paper and a pen, a mini torch - all I need to interact with the environment. Here, adding a function to transform this hairhoop into a necklace would be useful: carrying tools for observation under the neck where hands can faster take out a tool out of a tentacle. (Also, if I happen to go to the city for exploration, I'd love to wear it as a necklace too, so that it doesn't bring attention, but still have my creative anchor and observer's toolkit with me). Lastly, it would be useful to include a wearable tech function here measuring brainwaves and states of relaxation/stress that can then be correlated with creative flow and a pattern of a creative chaos. I'd like to measure steps (to build up on a body intelligence idea) and location too, to see in which places in the forest I captured those ideas landing from the Universe :) So yeah, an app for self use would be a cool addition. So overall an Octahoop could extend to work like a complete and useful observer's toolkit as well as a symbolic creativity anchor. I'm really having fun imaging this observer's friend!! The Octopus also symbolises a mycelium network for me. When walking, the human body touches the earth (the network): the interaction between two systems. The interaction always sparks something.Hey [bobi.rakova], so good to see your idea entering wider worlds! As we spoke about it on Signal, I'll try to share what we discussed so far! And add some more feedback. It seems that this idea is about: Innovating on a design method how AIs are designed: - Including "friction, pause, reflection, observation" stages in the design process. Contrary to current design techniques that aim to produce solutions faster, which serves mainly the business goals and not alwaysconnect to the higher needs of the users (like wellbeing, mindfulness, wise decision making, development of critical thinking). - Gamifying the design process with elements taken from Speculative Fiction worlds. - Using "fire" as a metaphor in the game, as a symbol of transformation (in a creative process fire means expressing oneself through problem solving and healing, in dialogue fire means the energy and mixing diverse forces - thoughts). - Making AI design process participatory ("designed with" end users and not "for"), where users involve in a real-time storytelling game as you say, where participants explore multiple user journeys through play. Do you know the [Time Well Spent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Center_for_Humane_Technology) movement sparked by Tristan Harris? Maybe they'd be interested to test this idea. This idea also relates to what I discussed with [Mindey] - about a new category of technology called ThinkTech - where technology is designed not for addiction and mindless fast consumption of content but slow interaction, critucal thinking, meaningful dialogue. Let's brainmelt all! :D - P.S. links are in Markdown :) here are the [steps how to add a link](https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/)Curious, if this idea is a "real-time storytelling game" (from the sub-title), so how would this game work exactly? Say 5 people get together and what happens then? :)

[Mindey], yes! we get a lot of feedback these days, so worth starting to share ideas for product features and milestones here.[Cabria], _> information on setting up a business in Ireland - the types of business, how to incorporate, some information on tax and VAT and a bit of information on case studies, perhaps. _ This info would be very handy. Are you thinking of getting some information from citizens information website and LEOs, but providing it in a more understandable format? Finding info on tax and VAT is complicated. It'd be great to get more clarity on all that in one place. In terms of actual website building, I used Squarespace for my website (as I was bored with Wordpress). I got a domain from Godaddy.com. Or, we can invite some friends who can help out with [_Bootstrap_](http://getbootstrap.com/ "http://getbootstrap.com/").A business executive: "My true passion is food. I used to make shoes for vegans and vegetarians. I used to use plastic type of leather for shoe making. Now, no ones knows how to make shoes anymore!" "You know, our goal is to collect procedural knowledge on how things were made. Next time you want to open a shoe factory, you can do so, because you know how people did it in the past," I said.An accountant professional: "I have lots of problems. Can I try? Some for my business, some personal ones. My family member has a disability so we have to approach problems differently." "I agree, that's why conversation is important. We focus on comment based problem solving," I said.An accountant professional: "So, how does it work? You have a problem, then think about a solution, project, milestones and tasks, you say. With our business, the hardest thing is implementation." "I agree, what people usually lack is **resources** - human capital, financial capital or knowledge. People with skills, know-how or money. On a daily basis it can be hard to find the right people. Let's say I want to make education better, so I want to connect with teachers. How do I find them? I need to go to schools, look for online forums. It takes time to make friends. It's easier with our platform, you already have all the people, together, in one place. I don't need to look for people myself, **content** is what connects us. I don't need to look for teachers because teachers are there talking about problems they care about," I said.A technical executive: "You have a tool to solve problems... What problems?" "Any. Personal or global. Personal, let's say you want to quit your job and start your own business. You'll spend days, weeks, months, sometimes years **talking** to your friends and family **about your problem**, but quite often you won't do anything about it and stay where you are -- at the problem mode. The same applies for global problems. Let's say you are annoyed by seeing rubbish on the street. You keep complaining to your friends, but don't do anything to improve situation. With Infinity, you get a structure to move away from the problem and take action to get what you want," I said.[Mindey] sure, doGuys, I was thinking how to make it easier for people to share on infty. People have thoughtful discussions over email. We have time to think about what we want to say over email because we're not forced to respond just like we're over real-time chat. Why not make it easy to add such email conversations to infty by allowing people to cc ideas@infty.xyz ? This way people wouldn't need to leave a space where they have conversations but they could still **preserve the knowledge on infty, and share it**. ([x.ai](https://x.ai/ "https://x.ai/") works similarly, you just cc an AI) [Mindey] [aliev] [george]How about making a Telegram bot that posts an Idea, Project, Category or even a Comment to any of existing Ideas, Projects, Categories without me going to my browser? It would save me time on mobile for sure..[Mindey] // For example, the first three symbols: ["0", "~", ">"] coincide with what we have with H-Base as ['Categories', 'Ideas', 'Projects'] // "0" in individual thinking logging means "a mess" rather than specific goals or research questions. It's a stream of thoughts before synthesis happens.Current questions for 0oo front end: + How can UI work as an ice-breaker and encourage people to post humourous responses? + What types of ideas there are? So that diverse people feel welcomed to share their idea on 0oo.Now I wonder, what help/feedback I need for my project? - Advisor who is a comic book author and a creator of anecdotes - Advisor who can help decompose Systems Thinking and define which concepts from Living Systems are the most important for beginnersMindey, yes, a magician-comedian-cartoonist as advisor would be cool! Now, thinking what are the Spells a character (and the readers!) needs to learn to friend the creative energy? These spells would be the behaviours of Living Systems or interactions within Living Systems.Feature requests: - a symbol or emoticon to appreciate, like, agree, disagree with a comment without a need to respond to it via text comment - a symbol to mention a user, like @user or [user] or smth elseOne more feature request or clarification: - when a user declares hours, why balance shows those hours as dollars too? like 7HUR = 70 USD? I'd rather declare only hours or euros of my choice then which would be more accurate.Last feature request: - showing the latest comments within a project page on top, not bottom. because each project page becomes a very long page to scroll even with a few comments, which creates a waiting time for a user who wants to read the latest and commentFeature request: - Add Markdown basics to s text box, so that user like me learns to write clearly on 0oo (writing bullets was confusing before I asked you how to do it here)Feature Request: - Clicking on a username within comments should open a Telegram of that user, so that I can message them privately and ask to clarify a comment. Now, I click on a username and end up on their profile page, I click on "Start chatting" and end up here https://io.0oo.li/direct/username, so I send a message, but a user is not online, while a user may be online on Telegram, which would spark a clarification of a comment straight awayThanks [Mindey]! I made my first link with Archive [here](https://web.archive.org/web/20201207124420/https://www.mutantu.world), yay!Feature request: - Show "Todo", "Question", "Idea" and so on under a Comment box. Now, these options are visible only if I share my comment and later I click EDIT. Many users won't know that these options are available because few click "edit".Feature request: - On homepage, show sub-questions under the main question. For a user like me, posting a sub-question helps clarify thinking and now on homepage, each question comes up on a separate line. But for a reader, sub-questions can be not clear or seem duplicate, if they dont see hierarchy straight away (on homepage).Feature requests: - Scroll to Top button/icon on mobile - Selecting existing Project for existing IdeaFeature requests: - Add "Culture" as a Type for Projects. - A way for users to "Archive" a Question or Idea by clicking a button "Archive" (so that it becomes a "silent" post but not visible on Home page), in cases of merging, duplication or even when a user realises that a previous post is not relevant anymore. Archived posts could have a label "archived" in headline or something. - A button asking a thinker to "Clarify" a Question or Idea. - Make adding existing Ideas to existing Projects easier (now, Ideas are added as number-codes, which sometimes creates an error). - Enable seeing "Revisions" of what was edited when updating a Question and Ideas, because it shows a thought process of a thinker and is interesting/valuable to see for other users (e.g. WordPress websites have this function for blogging, Medium might have this function for blogging too..) - A button "Invite a Member" to a Project. - Have sub-projects under Project, in cases if a project is a community/membership project.[Mindey], thank you so much for sending 3 videos on how to create an Airtable form and how to embed answers as blocks-grid to website!User interactions on the project level are essential. Because when a project grows, users are motivated to keep on creating. It's a feedback loop. But it's weird to ask if each project needs help. So users end up working on their project solo, which is slow effort. So how about this solution: - "Challenge" button within a Project page that allows a creator to comment on what are the current challenges/needs for their project? - This way other users (doers) can simply respond to Challenge and submit Results. This would spark spontaneous cooperation between all users spread across many different projects and create a synergy moment, where by doing small tasks, together, these users kickstart all projects to the next level. The same behaviour can repeat on the same level and shape cultural norms, i.e. instead of being stuck people would organise to help each other and solve all global challenges.A form to declare Results is difficult, this prevents newbie users of sharing results. Could this be simplified and include only: - Project - Happened - Summary (rename to Result to keep it consistent, i.e. on Project page a button says "Result", so keep it here too) - Details - Url - Hours Spent (merging Costs and Currency, making hour declarations as a default) - Author - (hiding all other fields until users learn to Declare Results and Hours)
